1. What is Litol Creations?
Litol Creations is an online store offering innovative and high-quality products across various categories, including health & wellness, beauty, fitness, and family. We focus on providing solutions that enhance everyday life. (and try to have some fun with it!)

2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship to?
We currently focus on Australia, but can make arrangements to ship international if needed. (International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and location).

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Typically takes 3-15 business days, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take longer.

We are always looking to get better shipping timeframes from our suppliers, so watch this space.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our website or the courier's tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer support team at litol_creations@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return (or fill in a contact us form). We will guide you through the process. In general we get you to send it straight back to the supplier for quick inspection and ability to process the refund. Majority of suppliers are very good to deal with, but again we are always trying to improve this space.

3. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Product Questions

1. Are your products high quality?
Yes! We carefully select and test our products to ensure they meet our quality standards. We prioritise functionality, durability, and customer satisfaction.

2. Do you offer product warranties?
Some of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Please check the product description or contact us for more details. It is really dependent on the manufacturer.

3. Are your beauty and skincare products safe to use?
Absolutely! Our beauty and skincare products are sourced from reputable suppliers and are safe for use. Always read the product details and ingredient list before use.

4. Do you hold stock?
We occasionally hold some products that we love and know our customers do to. For the most part at present we work with international suppliers to get the stock and send to you. We are only a small business, so as we grow this may change in the future.

2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your payment information. Your details are never stored or shared.
